For a major insurance software solutions vendor,  provide strategic advice regarding technology direction, serve as chair of their strategic advisory board, work with industry  advisory  firms and help form new business strategies.  Consultant with high profile customers as needed.

Researched and published a 2014 market  study on the MGA/Program Administrator business for an insurance advisory firm, with a focus MGA structure, technology needs and appetite.

Engaged by a domestic insurance company to provide consulting, advice and training on SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and all the project phases and responsibilities therein for a policy administration system implementation.  Helping to shepherd the next development phases for a full roll-out of all lines of business.

Engaged by a technology consulting company to provide oversight and strategic advice in support of a vendor selection project for a primary insurance company in the mid-West.  The solution for this company is a full-suite solution from portal through administration and claims, reinsurance and data analytics and reporting.

Engaged by a P&C carrier to reestablish and expand their Customer Relationship Management system, determining full scope of functional needs and data integration demands to build out all aspects of customer/prospect marketing and support.

Provide project management, technology strategy and vendor selection workshops to program administrators and MGAs through an industry trade association.
